Ifigeneia Inglezaki
Ifigeneia Inglezaki
comes from the city of Chania, Crete, in Greece. At the age of 18, it was clear to her that the profession she would pursue would be related to children. She studied at the Department of Primary Education, where she first became involved in special education. Encouraged by her special education professor, she started volunteering at various institutions in Rhodes, where she was studying. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued a master's degree in special education. Later, she became involved in theatrical play and completed two years of counseling training as well as a four-year training in systemic therapy. Psychology has always intrigued her and has been highly useful in special education, both in intervention with children and in communication with parents. Upon completing her psychology studies, she undertook a thesis on artificial intelligence and special education, as she was fascinated by how much AI can contribute to providing equal opportunities for all students.
