Hosam R. I. Badawy
Hosam Badawy
holds a Ph.D. candidacy in Leadership and Policy Studies in Education from the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) and a Master's in Educational Leadership. He is also TESOL and TEFL certified. In his current role at Al Soqoor Cycle 2 School, he has successfully led educational transformations, integrating modern technology and state-of-the-art teaching strategies to foster a dynamic learning environment. His professional achievements include publishing research on innovation in educational leadership, STEM, and inclusive education, and presenting at national and international conferences. Hosam has been recognized for his contributions to education, particularly for his work with students of determination and gifted students. His leadership skills are further exemplified by his role in delivering professional development sessions and his involvement with the school leadership team in developing and implementing STEM education. Hosam's dedication to education is driven by his belief in the transformational approach, achieved through collaboration and the integration of modern technologies. His career objective is to continue developing as an innovative leader, supporting and inspiring students and educators to reach their full potential.
