Hettige Kaveesha Sandani Dinudya’
s academic and research interests encompass biomedical sciences and pharmaceutical studies, with a particular focus on clinical microbiology, diagnostic medicine, and translational research. As a biomedical sciences student at Coventry University, she has developed strong foundations in microbiology, virology, immunology, and clinical biochemistry, while also expanding her expertise in pharmacology, drug mechanisms, and therapeutic applications. Her work explores laboratory-based diagnostic approaches, antimicrobial resistance, and public awareness of antibiotic misuse, especially within low- and middle-income healthcare systems. She has gained valuable experience in regulated laboratory environments, applying quality-driven testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
