Helen Grace Concepcion Q. Fernandez
Helen Grace Concepcion Q. Fernandez
is an Assistant Professor at the Division of Professional Education, College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV). She was formerly a Guidance Services Specialist at UP High School in Iloilo and an Instructor of Psychology in the Division of Social Sciences at UP Visayas. Helen is currently pursuing her PhD in Education (Guidance) at UP Diliman, having earned her Master of Education (Guidance) at UPV. She became a licensed guidance counselor in 2018 and was part of the pioneer batch of registered Psychometricians in 2014. Her academic background includes a BA in Psychology–Management (2013) and a BS in Business Administration (Marketing) (2008) from UPV. Helen is active in research focusing on guidance, counseling, education, and gender studies. She participates in public service projects and is an active member of professional associations.
