Hassan Soleimani
Hassan Soleimani
is an Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics at Payame Noor University (PNU), Tehran, Iran. Dr. Soleimani received his Ph. D. in applied linguistics from Isfahan University in 2008. He has authored several books including Computer Assisted Language Learning: Theory and Practice (PNU University Press) in 2021, Non-parametric Statistics for Applied Linguistics Research in 2010, a chapter in Issues in Materials Development by Sense Publishers, the Netherlands, in 2016. He is currently co-editor of Positive Psychology and Foreign Language Teaching by IGI Global Scientific Publishing to be released in 2026. He is the author of several articles and has presented some papers at international conferences. His special interests are SLA issues in general and Computer Assisted Language Learning in particular. He is presently teaching Computer Assisted Language Learning, Materials Development, and First Language Acquisition at the PNU Ph.D. post-graduate school and Tehran University.
