Halyna Voropai
Halyna Voropai
is a PhD in Water Engineering, the Head of the Department of Drainage, Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. Her research Interests: are: Water management and water engineering; Resource-saving modes of soil moisture drainage; Improving the water supply of reclaimed areas; and Development of drainage systems. The results of scientific research covered 76 published scientific papers, including 4 monographs, 15 normative and methodological documents, and 32 professional publications, especially the “Concept of Efficient Use of Drained Lands of the Humid Zone of Ukraine”, the Strategy of Irrigation and drainage in Ukraine for the period up to 2030 (approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine).
