Hafiz Muhammad Ihsan Zafeer

Hafiz Muhammad Ihsan Zafeer is a distinguished scholar with a robust interdisciplinary background in education, law, and technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Education from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi’an, China, where he was honored with a prestigious university scholarship. Dr. Zafeer has completed his first Postdoctoral Fellowship at Zhejiang Normal University, China, where his research focused on leadership and management, artificial intelligence in education, educational technology, and STEM education. He is currently pursuing his second Postdoctoral Fellowship at Henan University, Kaifeng, China. In addition to his work in education, Dr. Zafeer has an impressive legal background, holding an LLM (Master of Law) from Beijing Normal University and an LLB (Bachelor of Law) from the University of Punjab, Pakistan. His scholarly contributions span multiple disciplines, showcasing his expertise in education, law, and the integration of technology in these fields. With a prolific research portfolio, Dr. Zafeer has published widely in reputed international journals, including European Journal of Education, Psychology in the School, Child Family & Social Work, Heliyon, Sustainability, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, and Frontiers in Psychology. His research often explores the intersection of educational leadership, technology adoption in teaching, STEM education reforms, and socio psychological factors influencing academic outcomes. In addition to his publications, Dr. Zafeer has presented at several international conferences, including the International Conference on Social and Educational Sciences in Chicago, USA, and the 14th International Symposium on Teacher Education in East Asia. His contributions to the academic community also include mentoring, data analysis, and leading capacity-building initiatives focused on community development and teacher training. Dr. Zafeer has been recognized for his academic excellence through multiple scholarships, including the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) and the Shaanxi Normal University Scholarship. He is proficient in English and Urdu and has working knowledge of Chinese for daily communication.
