Gulshan Bibi is a lecturer in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OB-HRM) at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She earned her Ph.D. from the School of Human Resource Management (HRM) at XIM University, Bhubaneswar, where her doctoral research delved into the strategic role of employee mobility in facilitating knowledge reconfiguration within organizations.
