Gulcin Eroksal Ulger

Gülçin Eroksal Ülger received her bachelor's, master's and Phd degrees in public administration department from Gazi University. In 2011 she was hired as a lecturer by the Yerköy Vocational School of Justice at the Yozgat Bozok University and is currently Assistant Professor Dr. in Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the same university. She writes and presents widely on issues of public personnel management and human resources management
