Gökhan Yılmaz
Gökhan Yilmaz
graduated from Erciyes University, Nevşehir Tourism Business and Hotel Management School (2010). In the same year, he started working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Adıyaman University, Tourism Business and Hotel Management School. He obtained his master's degree from the Department of Tourism Management and Hotel Management at Akdeniz University, Institute of Social Sciences (2015). He completed his Ph.D. in the Department of Tourism Management at the Institute of Social Sciences, Akdeniz University (2021). He was awarded the Best Master's Thesis Award at the 8th Graduate Tourism Students Research Congress (2016) and the Best Doctoral Thesis Award at the 10th Graduate Tourism Students Research Congress (2022). He worked as an Assistant Professor at Adıyaman University, Faculty of Tourism (2021-2023). Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor at Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. His main research areas include gastronomy, culinary arts, and food and beverage management.
