Giuseppe Modarelli
Dr.
Giuseppe Modarelli
is a Ph.D. in Doctoral School in Human and Social Sciences and post-doc collaborator at the Department of Management — University of Turin — Italy. He is also Research collaborator at AUS American Institute of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. He is Visiting Professor at Limerick University — Ireland, at HdWM Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management University of Applied Management Studies in Mannheim — Germany and at University of Minho, Braga — Portugal. His teaching activities include Organization, Applied psychology, Behavioural Economics. His research interests include public sector, innovation and digital transformation for public sector-organizations, comparative studies (public-private), organization studies and complex systems, motivation and group dynamics, accounting and organizational history, influences and consequences on the introduction of new tools in the workplace, business ethics, CSR and D&I. He considers qualitative and narrative methods, but also mixed ones, emphasizing both critical and conceptual approaches. He received awards for originality in research and scholarships, publishing a good percentage of articles in top ranking journals at national and international level. During the last years he was speaker at several national and international conferences, becoming member of the Editorial Boards in specific Academic Journals.
