Geoffrey Norman Tumwine
is my name. I was born and raised in rural area in Uganda where families had strong ties, and each viewed the other as a family member, unlike in urban areas where families existed in isolation. This shocked me when I first arrived . I have remained social despite my location. Educationally, I hold BSC (Maths/Economics) and MA economics from Makerere university . PhD in economics was studied at the university of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I have worked in educational institutions since I graduated and have had enjoyable experiences in education and research.
