is a Professor and Head of the Strategy and Leadership area at the School of Business and Management, Christ University, Bangalore. His expertise spans business strategy, leadership development, organizational change, and corporate governance, with a strong focus on integrating research and practice. He has published more than 45 papers in peer-reviewed, indexed journals and was ranked among the top 10% of authors on SSRN continuously between 2017 and 2020. Recognized for his academic contributions, Prof. Lakshmanan brings both scholarly rigor and practical insight to the classroom, fostering critical thinking, innovation, and ethical leadership among his students.
