Gamze Kutlu
, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Yozgat Bozok University, Department of Health Management. She completed her Master's and PhD degrees from Ankara University, Department of Health Management. Kutlu started his academic career at Ankara University, Department of Health Management, where she has ten years of experience. Before that, she worked for a period of time to conduct research on German Health Policy and Financing. Her main areas of interest are health policy and planning, public health, management science, health economics.
