Gagandeep Soni
has over 22 years of expertise in the hospitality industry and 18 years dedicated to academic and teaching roles. Soni currently serves as the Incharge of Rooms Division Management and Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (A NAAC A+ Institute affiliated by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and AICTE) She actively undertakes key institutional duties, including Assessment and Ranking Coordinator (Internal Quality Assurance Cell), serving as the Joint Editor for the Indian Journal of Applied Hospitality and Tourism Research (IJAHTR) a UGC indexed journal, and overseeing research and consultancy activities as the Deputy Coordinator for Research and Consultancy.Additionally, she chairs committees for Grievance Redressal, and Sexual Harassment, while also leading initiatives in environmental and corporate social responsibility.
