Doctor graduated from the National University of Colombia, Specialist in Health Services Management from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, Master in Organization Management. Université du Québec á Chicoutimi – EAN University, Doctor in Management EAN University/ Doctor in Business Sciences University of Nebrija. Former manager of the Carlos Lleras Restrepo and San Pedro Claver Clinics of Social Security, UNISALUD and the Opening Project of the University Hospital of the National University of Colombia. Teaching experience at the National, Rosario, Jorge Tadeo Lozano, EAN, Sergio Arboleda Universities. Areas of interest in Health Services Planning, Clinical Management and clinical effectiveness, network design and redesign, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, design of health business creation projects. Experience in national and international consulting and advice. Co-author of the book: Health model. Administration of benefit plans from the perspective of Risk Management.
