Fatma Bouaziz
Fatma Bouaziz
is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Sfax – Tunisia. She obtained her PhD in Management in 2011 and her HDR in 2014 from the same faculty. She is a member of the research laboratory ‘Perspectives and Research in Innovation, Strategy, and Business Management (LR18ES24). Her doctoral thesis focused on risk management in e-government projects in the case of the Tunisian government. Her research interests include the adoption and impact of ICTs in economic enterprises and government, their role in improving public services delivery, human resources management and organisational resilience in crisis contexts.
