Eva M. de la Torre
is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Public Finance at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is also affiliated to the UAM-UC3M Research Institute for Higher Education and Science (INAECU), Getafe 28903, Spain; and is member of the Association of Economics of Education (AEDE). Her research interests comprise Higher Education economics, policy and management. She has also been the technical expert of the stakeholder board (Consejo Social) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
