(FRANZCOG CMFM) is a senior lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Auckland. Her main interests over the last few years have been induction of labour rates and the techniques used to achieve labour induction. Her MD thesis is titled
‘Induction of Labour: How, Why and When?’
. She has also been involved in looking at obstetricians views on induction of labour and caesarean section. She is a trained sub-specialist in maternal-fetal medicine.
