Emil Nikolov Kotsev

Emil Kotsev received his MSc in Industrial Economics and Management from the Academy of Economics – Svishtov in 1995 and his PhD in HR Management from the University of Ruse in 2003. He has specialized in entrepreneurship training at Harvard Business School (USA), consulting and management training at the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce (UK) and vocational training at Bolton College (UK). His research and teaching work as an associate professor at the University of Ruse is positively influenced by his consulting and training experience in the field of organizational design and HR management, as well as his activity as an apparel business entrepreneur.
