Edilberto Z. Andal
Edilberto Z. Andal
is an Associate Professor V at Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU), San Pablo City Campus, Laguna, Philippines. Currently the Dean of the College of Teacher Education & Graduate Studies and Applied Research (CTE-GSAR). At LSPU, he got a Doctor of Education in Educational Management (2010). Batangas State University (BatStateU), awarded him a Master of Education in Industrial Education Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education in Electrical Technology (Cum Laude), He is an active member of CHED-RQAT in the Region and an accredited member of AACCUP and ISO internal accreditor. In 2022, he was named Best Senior Researcher, acknowledging his active participation in scientific projects. involvement in various research activities and professional development, serving as the program head and project manager of the Ideation Design and Development Laboratory (IDD Lab), a collaboration project between LSPU and DOST Region IV-A, and engagement in research and extension development and mentoring. His research interests include educational management, industrial education, educational administration, leadership, and technology innovation.
