Djamel Saba
Dr.
Djamel Saba
is currently a Research Master “A” at the Photovoltaic Conversion Division in the Renewable Energy Research Unit in the Saharan Region, Adrar, Algeria. Djamel Saba was born in Jijel, Algeria in 1971. He received the Diploma of a computer engineer in the speciality of information systems at the University of Mentouri, Constantine, Algeria, in 1998 and a master in Computer Science in the speciality of intelligent systems at the University of Science and Technology Houari-Boumedienne (USTHB) in 2012. Then, he received his PhD in computer science, a field of Networks and computer systems from the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, Algeria, in 2017, and a habilitation (HDR) in computer science from the Higher School of Computer Science of Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria in 2019. Research director (equivalent to professor rank) since June 2023. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems, Computer Ontology, Energy Saving, smart environments, Smart Homes, Smart Cities, Smart Grid, Sustainable Development, and Renewable Energy. Dr. Djamel Saba participated in revising works for international conferences and scientific journals. He has also been a member of scientific committees for conferences and scientific days.
