Diksha Pandey
is an accomplished academician and practitioner specializing in Design Thinking, sustainable management, and innovation. She serves as an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Delhi NCR, where she spearheads curriculum development and teaches subjects like Lean Startup Principles, Global Business, and Personality Development. A University Topper in her MBA from Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bangalore, Ms. Pandey is also a certified Design Thinking trainer with extensive experience conducting workshops globally. She is a prolific author with notable contributions, including a book titled Design Thinking & I and several book chapters on disruptive innovation and sustainability. Her research explores organizational preparedness, sustainable energy solutions, and the integration of AI in resource management. Prof. Pandey is a co-founder of Grokalp Limited, where she applied Design Thinking to solve complex business challenges. She has received prestigious awards for her contributions to design thinking and innovation.
