Didem Koca
Didem Koca
, currently working as an Assistant Professor at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, is actively involved in projects related to digitalisation. In particular, she is leading a project comparing the effects of digitalisation on labour skills in SMEs in the Netherlands and Turkey. Koca was a visiting researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands within the scope of the TÜBİTAK project titled “The Impact of Digital Technologies on Labour Skills in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)”. Having worked on various projects in the public and private sectors, Koca mainly works on digital transformation, digital skills, labour markets, disadvantaged groups, poverty, labour economics and social policy.
