Desmond Kwadjo Kumi
is the CEO of DAL Consultancy Company Limited Ghana and a PhD Candidate in Information Systems at the University of Ghana Business School. He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics with First Class Honours from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a master’s in Management and Information Systems from Cranfield University, United Kingdom. He has co-authored 13 peer-reviewed journal articles with over 490 citations. He has published in Total Quality Management and Business Excellence, Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development, International Journal of Bank Marketing, International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, International Journal of Health Care Quality Assurance, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, Research in Transportation Business & Management, Journal of Information, Communication and Ethics in Society, Global Knowledge, Memory, and Communication, and Journal of Risk and Financial Management.
