Dennis M. Lupiana
Dennis M. Lupiana
is a researcher, consultant and a lecturer at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Tanzania with experience of over 16 years in ICT. He taught in the Dublin Institute of Technology and the Griffith College in Dublin, Ireland for over four years. He is very familiar with the ICT landscape of Tanzania. He has led and completed many consulting assignments in areas such as assessment of ICT infrastructures, software development, IT governance and digital marketing in the country. His research interests include Smart system and their applications, digital payments and digital capacity building.
