Dennis L. Capuyan
Dennis L. Capuyan
is a Professor of Civil Technology and Technical Education at the College of Technology, Cebu Technological University, Cebu City, Philippines. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management from the same institution. Dr. Capuyan is actively involved in the Center for Scholarly Researchers of Educators in the Philippines and the Philippine Institute of 21st Century Educators. His research encompasses civil technology, technical education, technology education, and the strategic management of technology in both educational and industrial sectors.
