, PhD, JD, MPA, is an Administrative Law Judge and adjunct professor in the fields of management and law with over three decades of experience. He has served in the military and participated in various civil projects. He is a member of the Honor Society of Omega Nu Lambda, and The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement. He has conducted in-depth academic research across disciplines and contributed to scholarly publications including significant contributions to the field of ethics.
