Danica Myers
Danica Myers
is an educational advocate and motivational speaker. Dr. Danica Myers has a Master's in Education, A Master's in Human Services Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Dr. Myers also received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. Her research focuses on the law, organizational behavior, toxic leadership, toxic followership, and social identity dynamics. Her scholarly work so far applies Social Identity Theory to analyze the impacts of toxic followership and other organizational phenomena on follower behaviors.
