Dana Volosevici

Dana Volosevici is a lawyer and professor at the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești. Her research focuses on achieving a balance between organizations and their employees by promoting the values of equality and sustainability. Within this framework, Dana has published extensively on combating discrimination and harassment and fostering an organizational environment that champions equal opportunities. In the field of industrial relations, she has examined the actions and negotiated agreements through which organizations—whether acting independently or under the influence of social partners and collective bargaining—work to create balanced and sustainable working environments. Her research also focuses on the protection of personal data and the safeguarding of privacy rights, both in traditional employment settings and in emerging forms of work. In addition, Dana is deeply engaged in exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on employment relationships, organizational decision-making, and education, particularly the legal and ethical challenges AI raises in academic environments. She highlights the growing need to integrate data protection principles and critical AI literacy into educational systems, ensuring that future professionals are equipped to navigate a digitally transformed society.
