Cosmas Mnyanyi
is a Senior Lecturer in Special and Inclusive Education in the Department of Psychology and Special Education in the Faculty of Education at the Open University of Tanzania. His research interest is on ICT Skills Training for persons with disabilities, digital inclusion, inclusive education, action research, inclusive vocational education training, special needs education, distance learning and access to lifelong learning to persons with disabilities.
