Corinna Galliano
Dr.
Corinna Galliano
is a Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School. Her research explores how individuals and organisations navigate competing demands in innovation, disruption, and transformation contexts. She is particularly interested in paradox theory, and her current project investigates how entrepreneurs integrate emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, into their ventures while grappling with tensions between automation and augmentation, short-term pressures and long-term values, and innovation and responsibility. With a PhD in Management and a strong background in experiential and reflective pedagogy, Corinna is committed to developing transformative educational experiences. She teaches across postgraduate programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, integrating theory with practice to prepare students to lead in uncertain, crisis-prone environments. Her teaching emphasizes critical self-reflection, interdisciplinary perspectives, and ethical leadership.
