Colette A. Chelf
, Ed.D., is a strategist and researcher in digital learning and organizational transformation, with expertise in building collaborative networks, integrating educational systems, and designing learning ecosystems that expand access and student success. With over two decades of experience spanning higher education and cross-sector partnerships, she leads initiatives that strengthen institutional capacity, align digital learning infrastructures, and support inclusive and student-centered pedagogies. Her recent work focuses on the development of AI literacies, the sociocultural dimensions of technology and leadership in education, and collaborative approaches to open learning design.
