Chirra Baburao
Chirra Baburao
is an esteemed academic and researcher with expertise in public policy, entrepreneurship, start-ups, and the impact of AI on various sectors. Holding Master's degrees in Commerce, Management, and Psychology, he has over a decade of industry experience in IT, operating as a Technopreneur through his MSME-registered firm, Bobbycomputers&Communications. Currently, working with Sir C.R. Reddy Educational Institutions, Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India, as Research Convener (Research & Development).He is also a PhD(submitted) at GITAM School of Business, Visakhapatnam, and a former Research Associate (ICSSR) at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Baburao excels in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed research methods. He has completed 15 Swayam courses, participated in over 40 webinars, and presented 10 papers at national and international conferences. His research focuses on MSMEs’ role in public policy, technological disruptions, and environmental issues. His recent work explores AI’s impact on consumer behavior, smart cities, and healthcare, published in reputable journals and conferences, making him a prominent figure in his field.
