Cheng Ling Tan

Cheng Ling Tan is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Tan also serves as a visiting Professor in the Department of Information Technology & Management at Daffodil International University. Her research has been widely published in international journals, and she contributes to academia as a peer reviewer of numerous journals. Prior to her academic career, she worked in industry as a global supply chain quality consultant and quality department manager with multinational companies for a decade.
