Cesar Cáceres Dagnino
César Cáceres Dagnino
is currently the Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Families and Family Businesses. He is a founding member and researcher of the STEP Global Consortium, based in Nice, and serves as an International Advisory Member of the Fundación Másfamilia in Madrid. He previously served as President and Co-founder of the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD) in Peru, an organisation holding consultative status with the United Nations. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, an MBA from PAD – Universidad de Piura, and a specialisation in Leadership Development from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His research expertise focuses on succession and governance in business families, as well as on the redesign of organisational structures and the management of conflict within family firms.
