Cengiz Mesut Bükeç
Dr.
Cengiz Mesut Bükeç
graduated from İzmir Maltepe Military High School in 1990. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Air Force Academy in 1994, followed by a Master of Arts in Management and Organization from the Department of Business Administration at Kütahya Dumlupınar University in 2007. He completed his Ph.D. in Aviation Management at Anadolu University in 2015. Between 1994 and 2015, Dr. Bükeç held various managerial positions as an Operations and Command Control Officer within the Air Defense Operations Centers of the Turkish Air Force, NATO Headquarters, and the General Staff Headquarters. Since the spring term of 2012, he has served as both a full-time and part-time faculty member at nine different universities. Additionally, he has held management positions approved by the Civil Aviation Authority at two flight schools and three university-approved training organizations. Dr. Bükeç has undertaken several administrative and academic roles, including founding pilotage department head, vice dean, institute vice director, college and vocational school administrator, and faculty board member at various institutions. His research interests encompass strategic management, aviation management, organizational behavior, and human resources within the broader scope of management and strategy.
