Carmine Sergianni
is a PhD student at the Department of Economics, Management, and Institutions of the University of Naples Federico II. His main focus is the PSL – Public Service Logic – (Osborne, 2018, 2020), which identifies and analyses value creation in public services. His research interest analyses the customer journey from a PSL perspective, in order to support the improvement of the value proposition in the public sector and the impact of new technologies on the customer journey in public services.
