Carlo Domingo Casinto
, PGDip, Ph.D. FHEA currently serves as the Program Manager for the School of Lifelong Learning (SLL) under the Faculty of Professional Studies at Bahrain Polytechnic. He also holds the position of Chairperson of the Research Advisory Committee (RAC) of the faculty. Internationally, he contributes as an editorial board member of SciEdu Press’ World Journal of English Language (Canada. He is likewise a Fellow of Advanced Higher Education (UK) and an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) under the Humanities Cluster. Dr. Casinto has built an extensive record of scholarly work in TESOL and Educational Leadership at both national and international levels. His recent publications include Writing for Academic and Professional Purposes, Introduction to Mixed Methods Research, and 7 Techniques for Discourses. His research interests span mixed experimental methodologies and triangulated studies in second language acquisition (SLA), metacognitive approaches to TESOL, educational technology, and educational program innovation and management. In addition to authoring numerous peer-reviewed articles, Dr. Casinto has served as a reviewer for journals indexed in Scopus and the Web of Science, and has delivered professional development training programs for higher education institutions in Asia and the Philippines.
