Cakesha M. Hardin
Cakesha Hardin
is now in her first year of doctoral studies in the field of business intelligence within the College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology at Marymount University. Her main area of interest is in the enhancement of the federal government workforce's agility, with a specific emphasis on the development of digital literacy skills to facilitate more informed decision-making via data analysis. In conjunction with conventional written research, she has conducted thorough research pertaining to the heightened use of artificial intelligence, namely machine learning algorithms, within the realm of clinical decision-making. Mrs. Hardin has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
