is an Assistant Professor, Course Facilitator, Academic Co-ordinator and Co-ordinator- Employee Engagement Committee at Center for Management Studies, JAIN (Deemed-to-be) University. Her domain of interest includes Consumer Behaviour, Integrated Marketing communication, Branding Management, Service Marketing and Conflict Management. She has taught a wide range of subjects in the field of Management and Marketing. She is a qualified Charted Institute of Marketing Tutor, certified by CIM London. She has published papers in several UGC care / Scopus indexed international journals and has co-authored books titled “Conflict Management” and “360-degree Journalism”.
