Bincy Ann Babu
is a researcher who is engaged in research in the area of consumer behaviour. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Cochin. The author holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Calicut. The author has a decade of experience in both academia and industry. The author currently serves as a research scholar at School of Business and Management Christ University Bengaluru, where she is engaged in research activities. The author is also an active participant in the marketing community, frequently presenting at international conferences. Her research interests are in the areas of consumer behaviour studies, customer experience and strategic management.
