Dr.
Bilal El-Mansoury
is a postdoctoral researcher specializing in Neuroscience and Neurology. His previous research focused on the role of glial cell dysfunction in the pathophysiology of hepatic encephalopathy and neurodegenerative disorders, investigating mechanisms such as neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and neuronal dysfunction. Currently, Dr. El-Mansoury’s work is centered on the regulatory roles of microRNAs and their implications in CDKL5 deficiency disorder, aiming to uncover novel therapeutic strategies for this rare neurodevelopmental condition.
