Rashmi B H
is the Associate Professor & Associate Head in the School of Business and Management working at CHRIST UNIVERSITY. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, she has Masters Qualification in Commerce and an M.Phil. She is qualified in the KSET and UGC-NET exams. She completed her doctorate from Tumkur University. Dr Rashmi B H is a marketing researcher and educator at CHRIST University with a strong focus on AI- driven business processes, employee engagement, service quality, and predictive modelling applied to Human Resource contexts and has 21 years of teaching experience. She has contributed to academic discourse through conference proceedings, journal articles, copyright and a patent, and regularly engages in faculty development and invited lectures. She has 4 patents in her credit and has authored several books. Her areas of interest in teaching and research are in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
