Audrey Hlabisang Legodi
Audrey Legodi
serves as the Chair of the Department of Auditing at the University of South Africa (UNISA). A Ph.D. holder in Accounting Sciences and a Registered Government Auditor (RGA). Her professional background spans more than two decades and includes management, lecturing, research, external and internal audit, and finance. In some of these roles, she has held leadership and governance responsibilities. She served as Council member and a Chairperson of Audit and Risk Committee in various Higher Education Institutions. Her research interests are in Public Sector Governance, focusing on audit committees, external audit, internal audit, performance audit, anti-corruption and technology.
