I bring over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning academia, the corporate world, and freelance ventures. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University (LPU), one of India’s top 30 universities as per NIRF rankings, where I specialize in Business Administration, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and Research Methodology. Before transitioning to academia, I held leadership roles in the corporate sector, including: Deputy Manager at HDFC Bank (a Fortune Global 500 company), where I gained in-depth knowledge of financial management and banking operations. A managerial position at Earth Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., focusing on the property domain and real estate management. Exposure to International Business while working with a Mumbai-based firm, gaining insights into global markets and operations. Additionally, I have experience as a freelance professional with Angel One, one of India’s most popular stockbrokers, where I developed expertise in financial markets, stock trading, and investment strategies. On the academic front, I earned my Ph.D. in Cloud of Things (CoT) Adoption from one of India’s top 100 NIRF-ranked institutions. My research focused on harnessing emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. At LPU, I integrate my industry expertise with academic rigor, teaching courses on AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Marketing Analytics. My efforts aim to prepare students for real-world challenges by combining theoretical concepts with practical applications like: AI-driven marketing and data analytics. Predictive analytics in the stock market. Digital transformation strategies for businesses. My research portfolio includes topics such as sustainable tourism, IoT integration in SMEs, and the adoption of AI and AR technologies. Whether it’s through research, teaching, or industry collaborations, I am committed to driving innovation and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
