Mr.
Arun Kumar
, a Ph.D. scholar affiliated with the Department of Horticulture at the School of Agriculture, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab-144411, India, holds a Master's degree from the same institution, specializing in Fruit Science. His research interests encompass production technology, postharvest technology, and organic farming. With a repertoire comprising ten publications, including review papers, research papers, book chapters, and articles, Mr. Kumar has garnered recognition in his field. Notably, he has been honored with the Best Researcher Award and Emerging Scientist Award by Vigyan Varta Magazine (2022) for his substantial contributions, notably his thesis on the “Effect of nano silicon dioxide coating on the quality of winter guava.” Mr. Kumar has participated in several training workshops, including Precision Agriculture (by ICAR), Agricultural Extension (MANAGE), Climate Smart Viticultural Technologies (ICAR-NRC Grapes), Artificial Intelligence in Livestock Sector (MANAGE).
