Arslan Rafi
Arslan Rafi
is currently working as postdoctoral researcher (Marketing & Artificial Intelligence) in the department of Marketing, UWA Business School, University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia. He has recently completed his doctorate degree (Gold Medalist) in the field of Marketing from Preston University. He also holds a Master of sciences (Marketing) from Iqra University. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, Human-Robot Interactions, Metaverse, and consumer well-being. His work has been published in various peer-reviewed journals including,

, among others. He is also a certified trainer for statistical tools including SPSS, AMOS, Smart-PLS.
