Anwesha Ghosh
Anwesha Ghosh
is an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity Law School, Amity University Kolkata. A gold medalist in both LL.B. and LL.M., she holds a UGC NET-JRF qualification and has submitted her Ph.D. thesis on Legislative Governance Towards Gender Diversity in Indian Corporate Boards at the Central University of Punjab, India. Her research emphasizes the role of women directors in fostering inclusive corporate governance. Ms. Ghosh’s academic journey includes accolades like the Endowment Medal for excellence in Corporate and Commercial Laws and significant contributions to projects on HIV/AIDS and the criminal justice system in India. She has authored An Introspection of Corporate Criminal Liability in India and published in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care journals.
