Anurodh Upadhyay
Anurodh Upadhyay
is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Galgotias University, Greater Noida, where he is actively involved in teaching, research, and curriculum development. Dr. Upadhyay holds a Ph.D. in Law from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, where he conducted extensive research on the use and impact of forensic science in criminal investigations: constitutional and legal issues. His research critically analyzes the intersection of forensic techniques and constitutional protections within the Indian legal system. He also earned his LL.M. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in 2016 and completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Allahabad in 2014.
